I want to maintain our network of strong customers and leverage experience and knowledge to create interest in different customer environments.

Long-term and returning customers and large projects are the result of many years of solid customer contact. I’ve run campaigns targeted at startup communities and have visited customers all over the country, which has resulted in many projects – and properly signed us up as a real industrial player. This is the opposite to providing only design services. Otherwise, I’ve been self-employed and have also worked as a business consultant.

Framti is a community that embraces the many disciplines needed for finding, developing and realising products across a broad spectrum. As the structure is flat, all employees have the opportunity to use their potential. Short decision-making paths and a shared understanding of what’s required for our clients to be successful mean that Framti is the embodiment of a solid base from which to work. At the same time, there’s an inclusive and social environment at Framti that takes care of everyone and the leadership is attentive.
